How do I get an estimate?

Send photographs of your piece with its width and height and a short note about what you would like done. Master’s Touch Upholstery replies within 1 business day with a written estimate. Quotes are free, carry no obligation, and are prepared before any work begins in Santa Rosa.

What to send

Photographs are what make an accurate quote possible, so send more than you think you need: the piece straight on, each arm, the seat cushions lifted out, and a close view of any worn, torn, or damaged area. If the frame has been repaired before, photograph that too. Add the width and height, and say whether you want the existing foam reused or replaced.

What happens next

You will receive a written estimate covering labour, materials and expected turnaround. If you approve it, the next step is choosing fabric — either from the trade lines carried in the showroom, or a fabric you supply yourself. Nothing is ordered and no work starts until the estimate is approved in writing.

Where is the workshop?

The workshop is at 468 Yolanda Avenue, Suite 205, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. It is open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, and closed at weekends. Visits to see fabric in person are best arranged by phone first so someone is free to help you choose.

Which areas do you serve?

Master’s Touch Upholstery serves Santa Rosa and the wider Sonoma County and North Bay area, including Rohnert Park, Petaluma, Windsor, Sebastopol and Healdsburg. Free in-home quotes are available across that area for pieces that are difficult to move, such as sectionals and built-in banquettes.

Commercial work

Restaurant booths, banquettes, and office and lobby seating are quoted the same way, in contract-grade fabrics rated for heavy daily use. For a fit-out with a fixed opening date, say so in your first message so the schedule can be checked before an estimate is issued.
